Our Rental Policy
On Time Guarantee
We offer an On Time guarantee to deliver your rental between the hours of 7:00am – 1:00pm or a $50.00 discount will be applied; however, if it is raining the morning of scheduled delivery we will not start deliveries until the rain has stopped.
Cancellations
You can call and cancel your rental at any time; however, your deposit is non-refundable. You can choose to use it towards another rental if you wish to reschedule for a different day.
Weather Policy
As inclement weather is beyond our control, we recommend you have an alternate indoor location for your party. If not, you must call and cancel your rental before we deliver it to you. If you do receive your rental and severe weather (rain, high winds) occurs there are no discounts available. Once the rental is set up, you are responsible for the full amount of the rental.
Bouncers R Us, LLC reserves the right to cancel your reservation if severe weather conditions exist or is predicted during the time of your rental.

Our price includes set-up and delivery for Greenwood and some surrounding cities. View our delivery fee map here. Delivery fees are subject to change without notice due to higher fuel prices. We deliver between the hours of 7:00am – 1:00pm. Alternate delivery times may be arranged; however, prices are based on a 7 hour rental. Delivery Fees
Deposit
We do require a 25% deposit to reserve a rental for your party. This deposit is subtracted from your total balance due upon delivery. All deposits are non-refundable; however, they may be used towards a future rental within 1 year of the original scheduled rental date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Cash for balance. A 6% Indiana sales tax will be applied to all rental and applicable delivery fees.
Capacity
Compatible age groups must play in unit at the same time. Age groups should not be mixed. Inflatable structures are designed for children and not recommended for adults. The maximum number of children in an inflatable is as follows:
- Ages 2-8 years old = 8 children
- Ages 9-13 years old = 6 children
- Ages 14-17 years old = 4 children
Preparation
Please provide a 20×20 foot area to place your inflatable on. This area must be clear of branches, fences, and any other obstructions. If you plan to set up on concrete or asphalt then we need to be informed, because tarps will need to be laid down to protect the base of the inflatable.
The bounce site needs to be relatively level.
A standard 110 volt outlet within 100 feet is required for operation. If no outlet is available, we do offer generators for rental.
If you are planning to set up at a city park you must call that park in advance to let them know you are having an inflatable there. Most parks require a 1 day permit pass to have an inflatable set up and can take up to 10 days to process. Also, check to see if they offer a standard 110 volt outlet to plug in your inflatable
